Subject: Domain redirection
Hello,

I recently bought a domain name and was wondering if there was a specific method I could use to make it point towards my account?

You should be able to add an alias domain in your ISPConfig and either delegate the domain to our domain servers (as listed in the wiki) and tell us the domain name, so we can create the necessary records or to set the A-Record for the domain to the IP of bane.puffinhost.com.

Well, in this case, I'd like to know if it could be possible to create an additional account? If not, no big deal, I'll just backup everything I have and replace it with the new interface I plan on having.

We don't like having multiple accounts for the same people, so I'd ask you to clean up.
All our servers support mod_rewrite.
